THE BODY SHOP FOUNDATION – FUNDING INNOVATIVE CHARITIES SINCE 1989
Since 1989, The Body Shop Foundation has been funding innovative charity groups that fight against social injustice, discrimination and cruelty of both humans and animals. Over the past 26 years, it has granted more than $41 million (AUD) to over 2,500 projects around the world.
In the Asia Pacific region, The Body Shop Foundation has granted over $1.7 million (AUD) to 180 life-changing projects, ranging from advocating for migrant workers’ rights to protecting orang-utan habitats.
Every ‘Soft Hands Kind Heart’ hand cream sold at $8.95 gives a donation of £1.50 to The Body Shop Foundation, creating global positive, lasting social and environment change.
The more hand cream we sell, the more people, animals and environments we can help together. The more tubes sold worldwide, the more charities we can support to realise their potential. The more charities we can work with, the more positive change we can have on our world.
HAND CREAM THAT GIVES A HELPING HAND
When you purchase your Soft Hands Kind Heart hand cream you are reaching out to give a hand up, rather than a hand out to humans, animals and the environment – wherever you are in the world.
Infused with soothing angelica extract to help soften the skin and fragrant citrus notes which keep skin smelling fresh, the hand cream is also powered with Community Fair Trade Olive Oil from Italy that provides long lasting hydration for the hands.
