Anita Roddick, the effervescent founder of The Body Shop,® was a champion of the poor and dispossessed. If she could go in a canoe to an exotic place and help the indigenous population, by using their natural resources in a beauty product, off she would go!
Her legacy lives on today through The Body Shop’s® core values and commitment to campaigning globally for No Animal Testing for cosmetics.
We use ingredients from the far corners of the globe, including Community Fair Trade ingredients, we encourage you to go on a journey and discover the products that our customers have passionately supported for the past 30 years and which have become our Cult Classics!
The Body Shop products not only include some of the finest raw ingredients from around the world, but we trade fairly so communities will also benefit. We never test on animals, and all our products are 100% vegetarian. We campaign with passion on issues close to our heart, because activism is in our blood.
